Shipping time depends on the product.

For retail orders, we can provide free shipping after negotiation with the buyer.

For wholesale orders, we can negotiate the shipping cost.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

We have many cooperative express companies, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We will choose the most suitable mode of transportation for you according to your country.

Who pays for custom duties/taxes?

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.

What if I never received my order?

Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home.
